You'll also be added to the WhatsApp group and introduced to the other members. - What is the cancellation policy?We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your membership. Cancellations can be made at any time, but your membership will remain active until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused months on annual memberships.
To cancel your membership, simply email us at hd@uww.zone, and we’ll assist you. - What happens after my first year?I will be in contact with you 1 month before your renewal date to discuss the membership options with you. Since the launch of the membership in April 2025, the membership has evolved and improved. It will continue to do so to ensure the members have maximum benefits.
